● All products listed are subject to availability.
● We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time without notice.
● Prices are in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
● We try our best to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be perfectly
accurate. There might be a very slight difference in the product colour shown on your screen and the actual product.

3. Orders

● Orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
● Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
● We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspicious activity, etc.).

4. Payments

● We accept payments through secure third-party gateways (Razorpay, UPI, Google pay, etc.).
● Your payment information is never stored by us and is encrypted for your security.

5. Shipping & Delivery

● Shipping timelines may vary based on location.
● We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
● Once dispatched, we’ll share tracking details via email, SMS or WhatsApp.

6. Return/Exchange Policy

● We do not have a return or refund policy.

● We only accept exchanges for sizing issues or defective products, within 24 hours of delivery. Please make sure you take an unboxing video of the parcel received and reach out to us as soon as possible so that our team can resolve your issue at the soonest.

● In case of exchanges, a return will be issued for which we levy a flat charge of Rs. 200.

● Products must be unused, with all original tags and packaging.

● Refunds are not applicable unless the product is out of stock or defective beyond replacement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, product photos, text, graphics) is owned by or licensed to On The Rack. You may not use, reproduce, or
distribute any part of it without our written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or harmful purpose. We reserve the right to block users who violate our terms or misuse the platform.
