Exchange Policy

At On The Rack, we want you to love what you wear—but in case your order doesn’t fit quite right, we’ve got you.

 

Please note:

• We do not accept returns or refunds.
• We offer exchanges only.
•  

How Our Exchange Process Works:

1. Size Issues?

• You can exchange your product for a different size in the same style (subject to availability).
• If your size is unavailable in the same style, you can exchange it for another product of your choice.
• Please note when you exchange it for another product, ( only in case of size unavailability of the original product that you had ordered) if your new shopping amount is greater than your original order amount, you will have to pay the difference to us. If in case your new shopping amount is less than your original order amount, we shall issue a store credit for the balance amount.

2. Don’t want another product?

•  No worries—we’ll issue you a store credit valid for future purchases on our website.
• Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of exchange being made.
• You shall receive a coupon code for the credit amount that you can use on our website.

3. Exchange Charges:

• A ₹200 pickup charge is applicable for the reverse logistics (RTO).
•  This will be collected at the time of initiating the exchange.

PLEASE NOTE-

Before reaching out to us for a product exchange in case of a size issue, please note that all our clothes are alterable. Instead of going through the hassle of initiating an exchange if at all the product you have received is loose, you can simply try to get it altered from your nearest local tailor. There’s nothing a few tucks at  the back can’t fix.

 

Conditions for Exchange:

● Exchange must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
● The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Altered items will not be eligible for an exchange.
● Bodysuits and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
